Return Policy in the U.S:
If item does not match description, or buyer's engraving instructions submitted at the time of purchase it may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a refund of purchase price less shipping costs. Insurance is suggested, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the return address on the package.
Most all items we sell are personalized and made to your order. Our store ads are quite descriptive, and come with photographs for details of what you will receive. If you have any question about what you are purchasing-please ask!
Lost or Damaged Items Upon Arrival In The Continental U.S.:

We ship our items via USPS. Our items are well packed, insured for peace of mind, and shipped in a traceable method (free to the buyer-unless otherwise noted at time of purchase. The USPS requires the original insurance stub purchased for the item to be presented (which we would be happy to send in case of loss or damages during shipping) with all contents and packaging to refund a claim for shipping loss or damages at your local United States Post Office.
Lost and Damaged Items During International Shipping:
Items shipped Internationally are shipped via USPS International Mail at no additional charge to the customer. USPS 1st Class Mail International cannot be insured. We pack well, but cannot refund or replace items lost or damaged during shipping, or crossing borders into other countries from the US.
If you would like the item insured and sent via USPS Prority Mail International it would be an additional $17.50, please select the option-check this option box when giving engraving instructions.
In case of insured loss or damage Internationally: USPS requires the packaging and original insurance and postage purchase documents for reimbursement We will be happy to send the original documents of insurance and postage purchase so they may be presented with packaging, or to request the reimbursement of loss to your local postal facility.
